Registration on-site
The registration desk will be located inside the entrance lobby of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) and will be open at the following times:
Sunday 12 May: 1500 – 1930
Monday 13 May: 0745 – 1800
Tuesday 14 May: 0830 – 1530
Once you have checked in at the registration desk, please wear your name badge clearly when attending the conference. Your badge will display a barcode that will be scanned for entry into all conference sessions and the conference dinner. Please note, places at the conference dinner must be pre-booked via the registration form.
Conference App
A mobile event App will be available to all registered delegates for downloading to iOS and Android devices. Your email address will be your password to download the App so please ensure that you include the correct email address on the registration form. Further information will be circulated prior to the conference.

Transport will be provided from both the Sheraton Grand and Waldorf Astoria Hotels. Coaches will depart at 1830 (transfer time 20 mins)

Conference dinner: business formal.
Travelling from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh Waverley train station
Tram from Edinburgh Airport: £8.50 return. Tickets should be purchased prior to boarding the tram. Journey time approx. 30 minutes. Alight at West End stop.
For those travelling by train, Edinburgh Waverley Station is a 10-minute taxi ride away from the conference hotels.
